Service Agreement:	By clicking the “I AGREE” button below, you consent to receive your Crescent Bank statement electronically via the internet. Your statement or images of your cancelled checks will no longer be sent through the U.S. Mail if you choose to receive an electronic statement. By agreeing to receive your bank statement electronically, you also agree to notify Crescent Bank of any changes in your e-mail address by updating your e-mail address information at our bank’s website: www.haveanicebank.com or by writing to us at Crescent Bank, Attn: Account Services, P.O. Box 3050, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578-3050. You agree to immediately notify us with any errors or difficulties in receiving your electronic statement by contacting Account Services at (843) 429-2200 or by writing to us at the address above. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you give your consent to Crescent Bank to provide you with an electronic version of your periodic bank statement and any other required disclosures that may normally be sent to you with your bank statement. The same terms and conditions apply to electronically delivered bank statements as those applicable to statements delivered in a paper form. All other disclosures and deposit agreements previously received from Crescent Bank remain in effect. A paper statement may be requested at any time at our normal research charge. Crescent Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or eliminate any or all aspects of this electronic delivery service upon notification to the account owner. This agreement is governed by all applicable laws of the State of South Carolina excluding application of conflicts of laws, principals or rules. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions included herein for the electronic delivery of my statement by Crescent Bank. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all accounts I currently hold or may hold in the future.



To view statements: After you log in to Online Banking, select the account that you want to view a statement for and then click the Paperless Statement button. Select checking account statements. A list of the last 6 months of statements will be available for you to view. It is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the statement.
